Description

Differential pressure gauges are designed to guarantee accurate reading of pressure differences between two measuring points of your process. Typical applications are filter monitoring, hydrostatic tank level measurement in closed tanks and flow measurement.

Baumer Technologies offers a complete range of differential pressure gauges with Stainless steel, Monel wetted parts being compatible also with corrosive fluids and atmospheres. Diaphragm seals can be mounted to adapt Baumer Technologies differential pressure gauges to almost all possible installation requirements.

Various measurement technologies allow differential pressure ranges from 0 … 25 mbar to 0 … 40 bar and static pressure up to 100 bar. Mechanical or inductive contacts can be added for alarm setting or regulation with 1 or 2 setpoints.

Mechanical differential pressure gauges are local indicators without external power supply. The indication is generated by the elastic deformation of a mechanical sensing element when pressurized. Many options can be selected to adapt the gauge to specific process or application requirements e.g. medium compatibility, safety, specific dials...
