Description

Air headers are distribution manifolds used to supply compressed air to multiple instruments in industrial applications.

Air headers are essential components in systems that rely on compressed air for operation. By offering efficient distribution, reduced cost, reliable performance and system flexibility, it plays a critical role in optimizing the air supply network across industrial plants. Whether for improving system efficiency, reducing energy consumption or enhancing safety, air headers offer numerous advantages that contribute to the seamless operation of pneumatic equipment in various industries. Applications of Air headers include Manufacturing Plants, Automation Systems, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Petrochemical and others.

Your benefits

Air headers ensure uniform distribution of compressed air across multiple devices and system eliminating the need for individual air lines for each instrument. This leads to lower installation costs and simplifies the infrastructure of air supply systems. Air headers optimize space usage by providing a single centralized hub for compressed air distribution. It minimizes the need for scattered air lines making it easier to manage and maintain the air supply system. Using an air header helps streamline the air supply and reduces the number of connections or joints that could be potential leakage point.

Technology

Our standard instrument Air header made of 2” Schedule 40 or 80 seamless pipe, pipe fittings, air inlet connection flanged, air outlet and drain connection comes with ½” NPT(F) ball valves. Standard distances between two adjacent tapping is 150 mm.
